I won the Ultimate Laff Down 3 Competition in Orange County. It was held at Martini Blues in Huntington Beach on August 12. Thanks to all of you who were able to make it down. Thanks to everyone for their support!

Santa Barbarbara Premeire
"the Debut" has been chosen to screen at this year's
Santa Barbara International Film Festival. Two
screenings will be offered at the Metro 4 Theatres
located at 618 State Street in Santa Barbara, CA.:
Saturday, March 3 at 4:00PM and Tuesday, March 6
at 2:00PM.
Advance tickets can be purchased beginning Feb. 6th
through Arlington Ticket Agency at (805) 963-9589.
Tickets are $7.50 each. Please arrive at least 1/2
hour before show time to receive guaranteed seating.
Parking is $1.00 after the first hour in any city lot.
There are several lots available close to the Metro 4
theater located at 618 State Street. For more information about the festival and

University of Southern California Screening
On Sunday March 4, 2001 at 1:00 pm, "the Debut" will be featured in a film series sponsored by the Asia
Society Southern California Center. This film and discussion series will include eight feature length film and videos followed by a Q&A session with the filmmaker. "the Debut" will screen at the Norris Theater on the USC campus in Los Angeles, CA. This special showing is FREE of charge, but advanced registration is required. Bay Area Premiere
On March 15th at 7pm "the Debut" will
make its Bay Area premiere as the Closing Night Gala
of the 19th Annual San Francisco International Asian
American Film Festival. This special screening will
be held at the AMC
Kabuki 8 Cinemas, 1991 Post Street. A Gala
Reception will follow at the Conference Center of
Landmark Building A in Fort Mason Center with all the
cast and crew members from "the Debut" in
attendance. Tickets are $35 for both the screening
and reception; or $15 for the screening only. They will be availabe to purchase online at Tickets.com
or at the AMC Kabuki 8 Box Office, and at Tickets.com outlets starting Feb.16, 2001.
Opening Day KICK-OFF
Friday, March 16, 2001 will be the official kick off "the Debut"'s general
release in San Francisco. This exclusive engagement
will begin at the AMC Kabuki 8 Cinemas and will have screenings held daily. The release will soon expand to other
theaters all over the Bay Area sponsored
by Pusod.
San Jose Premiere
On Sunday, March 18 "the Debut" will be shown at 7PM at
the Camera 3 Cinemas located on 2nd and San Carlos
